MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- A one-car accident in Bollinger County on Saturday injured a Marble Hill man, the Missouri State Highway Patrol said.
The driver, Joseph Long, 22, suffered serious injuries and was transported by air ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, the patrol said.
The accident occurred at 12:38 p.m. on Highway 51, six miles south of Patton, Mo. The car left the roadway and struck a tree. Long was thrown through the windshield, the patrol said.
