Four people were injured in a three-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon in Cape Girardeau. Emergency crews responded to the intersection of William and Pacific streets at 3:08 p.m., fire battalion chief Mike Ramsey said. Four people were taken by ambulance to a local hospital.
