Academy Sports + Outdoors Shopping Spree

Cape Girardeau's new retailer, Academy SPorts + Outdoors gave 30 children from the Boys and Girls Club of Cape Girardeau a $100 gift card to go on a shopping spree with help from store employees and Southeast Missouri State University athletes. Sports Academy + Outdoors, located next to Kohl's at 270 Shirley Drive, opens to the public at 8a.m. Friday.
