Abbey Road church members help paint Shelter of Hope building

Pastor Rodger Kiepe and Alyssa Ruopp, along with other volunteers from Abbey Road Christian Church Disciples of Christ, paint the outside of the Shelter of Hope building on South Sprigg Street in Cape Girardeau on Saturday, July 31, 2010. The group volunteered to strip the old paint from the building and repaint it. The church also gave money and put together overnight kits for use in the shelter once it opens.
