The late Marilyn Jo Ervin of Cape Girardeau was laid to rest Monday, Aug. 24, 2009 at Cape County Memorial Park Cemetery after a short ride through the cemetery with Elden Wilson and the driver, Don Megee, both of Oak Ridge. "She always wanted to ride in the buggy, but never did get to," Wilson said. "We thought we would give her one last chance." They are neighbors of Ervin's daughter, Debra Kembel. Ervin died Friday at age 76.
