Scholarships

* Adam Bowers of Scott City received the Paul Guard Memorial Scholarship, the Missouri Bright Flight Scholarship, the Top 100 Scholar and scholarships to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

* Amanda Krewson, a Jackson FFA member, attended the Missouri FFA Public Speaking Academy at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Mo.

* Casey Benefield of Jackson was named to the dean's list at Belmont University in Nashville, Tenn., for the spring 2012 semester.

* Robyn Barton of Cape Girardeau and William Cooper of Sikeston, Mo., were both named to the honors list at Culver-Stockton College in Canton, Mo., for the spring 2012 semester.

* Ryan Willen of Cape Girardeau graduated from Lafayette College in Easton, Pa., with honors in neuroscience. He was also named to the dean's list for the spring 2012 semester.

* Jeremy Moore of Altenburg, Mo., graduated from Tarleton State University with a master of criminal Justice degree in Criminal Justice from the university's Stephenville, Texas, campus.
