The following students have been awarded scholarships to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year:
* Scott Smith of Cape Girardeau was awarded the University Scholarship. He is the son of Donald Smith of Jackson and Laura Seabaugh of Cape Girardeau and will graduate from Saxony Lutheran High School in Jackson.
* Bradley Weekley of Fredericktown, Mo., was awarded the President's Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award. He is the son of Gary and Dawn Weekley of Fredericktown and will graduate from Marquand-Zion High School in Marquand, Mo,
* Alexys Meyer of Cape Girardeau was awarded the Residence Life Leadership Award. Meyer is the daughter of Randy Meyer and Elizabeth Meyer, both of Cape Girardeau, and will graduate from Cape Girardeau Central High School.
* Ashleigh Slinkard of Whitewater was awarded the Residence Life Leadership Award. Slinkard is the daughter of Mark and Julie Slinkard of Whitewater and will graduate from Delta High School.
* Jodi Lasher of Cape Girardeau was awarded the University Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award. She is the daughter of Kevin and Elaine Lasher of Cape Girardeau and will graduate from Jackson Senior High School.
* Cassidy Sawyer of Marble Hill, Mo., was awarded the Regents' Scholarship. She is the daughter of Tom and Kim Sawyer of Marble Hill and will graduate from Woodland High School.
* Austin Sitze of Marble Hill, Mo., was awarded the University Scholarship and Residence Life Leadership Award. He is the son of Lisa Mouser of Marble Hill and will graduate from Zalma High School.
* Logan Ressel of Cape Girardeau was awarded the University Scholarship. He is the son of Eric and Gayla Ressel of Cape Girardeau and will graduate from Saxony Lutheran High School.
* Russell Allgier of Fredericktown, Mo., was awarded the Community College Scholarship. Allgier is the son of Joey and Nan Allgier of Fredericktown. He was a 2011 graduate of Fredericktown High School and will graduate from Mineral Area College in Park Hills, Mo.
