Dodd makes dean's list

Mary Dodd of Cape Girardeau was named to the dean's list for the fall of 2012 semester at Murray State University in Murray, Ky. She is a freshman and the daughter of Tim and Loretta Dodd of Cape Girardeau.

Goodman interns with Heritage Foundation

Meg Goodman of Cape Girardeau was hired for an internship with the Heritage Foundation in Washington D.C. Goodman is a junior accounting major at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, Mo., and is the daughter of Scott Goodman and Teri Goodman and granddaughter of Al and Mary Hitt and Doug and Fran Austin of Cape Girardeau.

Hargrove awarded scholarship

Candi Hargrove

Candi Hargrove of Chaffee, Mo., was awarded a scholarship by the Chateau Girardeau Foundation. She is enrolled in the practical nursing program at the Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center and has worked at Chateau since 2003.

Sanders awarded scholarship

Lacy Sanders

Lacy Sanders of Jackson was awarded a scholarship by the Chateau Girardeau Foundation. She is a speech and language pathology graduate student at Southeast Missouri State University and has worked at Chateau since 2007.

Cardin awarded scholarship

Chelsie Cardin

Chelsie Cardin of Cape Girardeau was awarded a scholarship by the Chateau Girardeau Foundation. She is an applied nursing student at Southeast Missouri Hospital College of Nursing and Health Science and has worked at Chateau since 2009.
