What extracurricular activities were you involved in? Can you tell us a little bit about your experiences?
Softball; band; scholar bowl; National Honor Society; student council; small group ministry leader; Spanish cub
Who is your role model, and why?
I look up to my mom because she is always there for me, and she sets a great example for the type of person I would like to be in the future!
What is your favorite high-school memory?
My favorite memory from high school was when our scholar bowl team won the Class 2 state championship.
What are your plans after graduation? Where do you plan to attend school, and have you decided your major? If so, tell us why you chose that path.
I am going to attend Truman State Univerity in Kirksville, Missouri. I plan on studying business.
What advice would you give to incoming freshmen?
I would say try to meet new people, make new friends, and always try your best at whatever you do.

What extracurricular activities were you involved in? Can you tell us a little bit about your experiences?
I was involved in volleyball, cross country, student council, National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Spanish club and pep club. I was also the class president and yearbook editor. I loved being involved in these activities.
Who is your role model, and why?
My role model is my mother. She has been my biggest cheerleader and supporter in my life. She has taught me important values of hard work, dedication and perseverance. She has a kind attitude and a loving heart.
What is your favorite high-school memory?
My favorite high-school memory was being crowned homecoming queen.
What are your plans after graduation? Where do you plan to attend school, and have you decided your major? If so, tell us why you chose that path.
I will attend Southeast Missouri State University and will major in communication disorders to become a speech and language pathologist. I chose this path because of my passion to help others.
What advice would you give to incoming freshmen?
I would tell incoming freshmen to be open to trying new things. Get involved in as much as you possibly can because by becoming involved, you meet new people. Grades really do matter, so try your best academically beginning your freshman year.
