Favorite high school memory: My favorite high school memories would be the FBLA trips to Anaheim, Calif., Nashville, Tenn., New Orleans and Orlando, Fla. It was a privilege to travel to all of these amazing places with some of my closest friends.
Favorite teacher and why: All of my teachers throughout high school were great, but one of my favorites would have to be Mr. Calkins. He tries to make a connection with every student, and he makes even the most boring subjects fun to learn. He is also a great coach.
Role model: My role model is Mrs. Jeanette Wachter. She is one of the best teachers/advisers at Chaffee High School. She is willing to drop whatever she is doing to help anyone. She is an extremely caring person and has done nothing but help and inspire me throughout my high school career. She is an incredible person.
Summer plans: Work! I love my job so this summer is going to be great!
What will you miss about High School? I will miss all of my friends and the opportunity to get involved in nearly everything.
Advice to incoming seniors: Start saving for college! Also, have as much fun as possible because it really does go by fast.
How will you make the world a better place? I want to be a teacher and make a difference in a child's life. Until then, I will start small. I plan on getting involved in community service activities while in college.
What your prop says about you: I am so excited for college! I can't wait to become a "Bear" and start something completely new! (Missouri State University T-shirt)
