LEVEL 1
Playing 9-18 holes of golf (walking) 5 points
LEVEL 2*
Walking for 15 minutes nonstop 5 points
Biking for 15 minutes 5 points
Hiking for 15 minutes 5 points
Tennis for 15 minutes 5 points
Racquetball for 15 minutes 5 points
Strength training (1-3 sets, 8-12 repetitions) 2 points
Yoga for 15 minutes 2 points
Volleyball for 15 minutes nonstop 5 points
Skating/roller blading for 15 minutes 5 points
LEVEL 3*
Aerobics class for 20 minutes nonstop 10 points
Swimming for 20 minutes nonstop 10 points
Vigorous use of cardiovascular equipment for 20 minutes 10 points
Jogging for 20 minutes nonstop 10 points
Baskeball (full court) for 20 minutes 10 points
* For every 10 minutes that you participate in one of these activities in addition to the amount of time listed, add 2 points.
