MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Several items come in twos at this brick home in the Meadow Heights School District in Bollinger County.

There are two garages, two fireplaces and two kitchens. Both upstairs and downstairs have complete living units, and shade is plentiful both in front and back.

Rock gardens surround the house, front and back. Behind the house lies a backdrop of rural Missouri woods.

Plum-red flowers top the tall bushes at the home's entryway. In the back of the house is a huge holly tree, along with landscaping in the wide country back yard.

Lighted brick driveway pillars stand on either side of two two-car garages at the end of the concrete drive. One garage is attached to the house; the other is to the side. Paneling covers the walls in the attached garage.

Living room, hall and ground-level bedroom floors are covered with light brown plush carpeting. Both upstairs and downstairs living areas have a fireplace.

Parquet covers the floor of the kitchen. A bar separates the kitchen and the dining room, and counters stretch out on either side of the double almond sink. Dishwasher, electric oven and microwave are built in. White French doors open out to the elevated wood deck.

Either of two bedrooms on the main floor could serve as a master bedroom. Both have bathrooms, one adjoining, and one in the hall. The adjoining bathroom has matching tub, ceramic tile and stool.

The front bedroom includes built-in book cabinets in an office area next to the bathroom door. This bedroom features marble window sills and two round ceiling lights.

In the hall bathroom are a combination shower and bath, a linen closet, ceramic counter tops and double shell-shaped sinks.

In the back bedroom on the corner of the house there are windows on two outside walls. Sliding doors reveal a deep closet.

Next to carpeted stairs, a carved wood railing leads to the mostly finished walk-out basement. Although listed as a single family home, the basement is complete with kitchen, family room, two bedrooms and a full bath. The laundry-room/bathroom combination provides shower and tub

The basement kitchen is furnished with a double sink, white stove and refrigerator, and adequate counter space.

Climate control is provided by central heating and air, electric baseboard heaters and a wood stove.

To reach the property from Marble Hill, drive north on Highway 51, then turn left on Highway OO and go about 1/10 of a mile.
