The Jacob Risk and Erin Corkery-Risk Scholarship has been established through the Southeast Missouri University Foundation. Jacob Risk and Erin Corkery-Risk of St. Louis made a $5,000 gift to establish the scholarship. The gift will be matched with an additional $5,000 through the foundation's Honoring Tradition -- Inspiring Success Comprehensive Campaign. The recipient of the scholarship will be a student enrolled at Southeast with a minimum 3.0 grade-point average pursuing a degree in the Donald L. Harrison College of Business or the College of Health and Human Services. First preference will be given to graduates of Ursuline Academy in Kirkwood, Missouri, or John F. Kennedy High School in Manchester, Missouri. The university scholarship committee will select the recipient. Corkery-Risk graduated from Southeast in 2004 with a degree in business administration. Risk graduated in 2005 with a degree in dietetics.
