Vacation Bible school at First Baptist Chuch of Cape Girardeau, 1289 Lexington Ave., Sunday through Thursday. A preregistration Block Party will be held today from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. with games and refreshments. The vacation Bible school is open to ages 4 through fifth grade.

Sunday

Dedication of new church for Jackson Church of the Nazarene, 3 p.m. Sunday at 2245 Old Toll Road in Jackson. Dr. Jack Eyestone, Missouri district superintendent, will speak. A 10:30 a.m. service will be followed by a meal.

Roger Bierschwal and Julie Walker will perform at Grace United Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau at 7 p.m. Sunday.

Monday

Vacation Bible school at Lighthouse Bible Baptist Church, 2826 Independence St. in Cape Girardeau, Monday through Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for ages 5 to 12. Call 335-1629 for information.

Revival at Fairview General Baptist Church Monday through Friday beginning at 7p.m. nightly with evangelist Scott Payne.

Vacation Bible school at Morley Baptist Church, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. each night for children age 3 through sixth grade.
