Monsignor Edward Eftink, pastor of Immaculate Conception Parish in Jackson, will celebrate the 40th anniversary of his ordination into the priesthood with a luncheon at 11 a.m. Sunday. The event will be held in the Immaculate Conception School's cafeteria. Special guests include Springfield/Cape Girardeau Diocese's Bishop John Leibrecht, Jackson Mayor Paul Sander and Cape Girardeau County Presiding Commissioner Gerald Jones.
