New Madrid students donate to Playland

Members of the New Madrid County Central High School National Honor Society raised $2,267 for Melaina's Magical Playland and Levi's Children's Charity at the Playland in Cape Girardeau. The playground provides children of all abilities a common place to play and learn, and the trail is an outdoor, dynamic play area that will be constructed behind Discovery Playhouse in Cape Girardeau. The play area will feature climbing structures, water play and a pavilion for special events, among other elements.
