Local students get scholarships

Several local students were awarded scholarsips to attend Southeast Missouri State University:

Abigail Hermann of Cape Girardeau was awarded the Regents' Scholarship. Hermann is the daughter of Leon and Alison Hermann of Cape Girardeau and will be a 2017 graduate of Jackson High School.

Anna Hughes of Benton, Missouri, was awarded the University Scholarship. Hughes is the daughter of Kevin and Ella Hughes of Benton and will be a 2017 graduate of Kelly High School.

Sky Miller of Cape Girardeau was awarded the Regents' Scholarship. Miller is the daughter of Steven Miller of Cape Girardeau and Jessica McCall of Cape Girardeau and will be a 2017 graduate of Oak Ridge High School.

Hannah Aufdenberg of Jackson was awarded the Governor's Scholarship and Governor's Housing Scholarship. Aufdenberg is the daughter of Steve and Sarah Aufdenberg of Jackson and will be a 2017 graduate of Saxony Lutheran High School.
