Clark Appliance, at 223 Plaza Way in Cape Girardeau, has always been ready to stand behind their promise to service everything they sell.
"There is no 1-800 number," said Lana Durham, granddaughter of Harley and Veda of Clark appliance. "You call us with a problem, and we'll be there for you."
They employ a staff of service technicians that possesses a combined 90 years of experience. We all recall times when we have purchased an appliance from a supposedly reputable store and then later found out there was no one around to repair them. This never happens when you are dealing with Clark Appliance.
Although Clark Appliance certainly sells appliances at their center, Durham says, "Our first priority is assessing the needs of our customers. We aren't here just to make sales, but we try to help customers find the best product for their needs."
Clark Appliance offers many special services that not every appliance business provides. The business, which has been in the same location since it was founded in 1970, has free delivery service within a 30-mile radius. They will also haul away your old product -- no more having to hire another person to get rid of your old stuff. The appliance center also gives contractor pricing for any of your remodeling or new construction needs. They are able to offer sizeable discounts to customers who are interested in projects that require multiple purchases. It pays to check with Clark Appliance Center before looking elsewhere.
Clark Appliances does not offer only one or two product lines of brand names. They offer multiple names. Some of these are Thermador, Dacor, Bosch, Amana, Maytag, Magic Chef and Jenn-Air. These are all at competitive prices. The store is also adding more lines. Whirlpool, KitchenAid and Roper and Estate are now available at Clark Appliance.
The staff at Clark is unsurpassed. Those friendly and knowledgeable people are ready to take the time to explore your needs and assist in filling them. "We have customers today whose parents and grandparents shopped for appliances in the store," says Durham. Great service and satisfied customers are what makes for customer loyalty.
Durham says that Clark Appliance plans to expand the store in the near future. They would like to enlarge the showroom to accommodate higher end appliances. The center is also adding a full product line parts store inside the building.
Clark Appliance Center sells washers and dryers, sewing machines, freezers, stoves, ranges, refrigerators, microwaves and hoods, and, of course, they promise free delivery and in-home service.
Clark Appliance Center has been serving the Cape Girardeau community for more than 34 years. They have a commitment to provide outstanding products and service to their customers. Clark services everything they sell for added convenience to the customer and his peace of mine as well.
Clark Appliance Center is pleased with what it sells -- such as its ranges. They offer numerous features making cooking time more enjoyable and hassle-free. Their wall ovens and cook tops are beautiful. They bake beautifully and Maytag has a right choice for you. Their convection models offer great baking and roasting advantages, too. Every model is built to last. Refrigerators are designed to keep up with constantly-changing needs of today. Clark offers Singer Sewing Machines, too, the sewing machine that has been around since 1851.
