Renee Peters of Cape Girardeau; Hannah Seyer of Chaffee, Missouri; Allison Elfrink, Brayden Wilson and Megan Sprengel of Jackson; and Olivia Jordan and Clayton Stull of Scott City were awarded the Regents' Scholarship to assist with the cost of attendance at Southeast Missouri State University this fall. Peters will be a 2016 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School and is the daughter of John and Jill Peters of Cape Girardeau. Seyer will be a 2016 graduate of Chaffee High School and is the daughter of Roger and Shellie Seyer of Chaffee. Elfrink will be a 2016 graduate of a home-school program and is the daughter of Leland and Amy Elfrink of Jackson. Wilson, the son of Scott and Starr Wilson of Jackson, will be a 2016 graduate of Jackson High School. Sprengel will be a 2016 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School and is the daughter of Mark and Christy Sprengel of Jackson. Jordan will be a 2016 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School and is the daughter of Ricky and Nelda Jordan of Scott City. Stull, the son of Billy and Michelle Stull of Scott City, will be a 2016 graduate of Notre Dame Regional High School.
Claire Schafer of Cape Girardeau was named to the fall 2015 president's list at Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
