There's an app for that

Chow's Thanksgiving Dinner Coach iPhone app takes you step-by-step through Thanksgiving week. Choose recipes, plan your shopping, schedule your cooking all from your phone. This one's free from CBS Mobile.

CookIt allows you to schedule cooking times for all the dishes that make a meal. Enter the dishes and individual cook times for meal components and CookIt will alert you when to start the next thing. It also comes with a countdown to mealtime. This app made by Matt Facer is $0.99.

Epicurious' Epi Recipes and Shopping List was voted best mobile application in 2009. It has thousands of recipes to search. Best of all, it's free from CondeNast.
