Stroke Club meets at 7 p.m. in meeting rooms 101 and 102 at Southeast Missouri Hospital. The program on reactions of over-the-counter and prescription medication will be presented by a hospital pharmicist.

Blood drive from 2 to 6 p.m. at Lowes Home Improvement Warehouse in Cape Girardeau. Donors should be at least 17 years old and weigh 110 pounds.

SaturdayMain Street Family Fitness Center in Jackson will offer Resist-A-Ball workshops from 8 to 11 a.m. The workshop will teach participants exercises for building flexibility, strength and coordination. Fee is $15. To register or for information, phone 243-2211.
