Preparation for Childbirth Class 3 meets from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Healing Arts Conference Room in the Healing Arts Center. This four-session class covers expected bodily changes, labor signs and stages, pain control options, labor techniques and basic infant care. Tips on relaxing, positioning and breathing will also be discussed. This class is free to all participants. For more information call 331-5107.

Dr. Scott Taylor will speak on "Obstructive Sleep Apnea" tonight at 8 p.m. on "Ask Your Doctor." The program is a live call-in show featuring your local doctors, discussing current and relevant medical issues. It appears on cable access channel 5.

Chair exercise classes through its Vitality Health Program at Universal Health and Fitness Center. The classes are led by a physical therapist and are designed for people who are uncomfortable with floor exercises or are unable to participate in conventional exercise classes. The focus is on improving strength, flexibility and range of motion through different forms of resistance. Manic Depressive Support Group meets from 7 to 9 p.m. in Conference Room A in the Saint Francis Education Center. The support group meets the fourth Monday of most months. For additional information call 331-5107.

"Your Family and Grief" will be the topic at GriefShare, a Christian-based grief recovery seminar and support group for those who have lost a loved one in death. It meets in room 202 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Jackson at 7 p.m.

Infant Massage is offered Tuesdays in March from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the Outpatient Rehab Conference Room in the Center for Health and Rehab, 28 S. Mount Auburn Rd. This four-week course fosters bonding, improves digestion, improves sensory awareness, enhances neurological development, and aids in a deeper and sounder sleep. Heart & Health Screenings 7-10 a.m., Healing Arts Center, 3250 Gordonville Road, Cape Girardeau. No appointment necessary. Screenings offered include: Blood pressure, glucose screening, limited cholesterol panel, limited cholesterol and glucose panel, women's osteoporosis screening, and complete cholesterol panel. Hepatitis C Support Group meets from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Conference Room A in the St. Francis Education Center. This support group meets the fourth Wednesday of most months. For additional information call Bettye at 335-3960.

Lipid panel and glucose screen, at Cape Girardeau Senior Center, from 8 to 11 a.m. Southeast Missouri Hospital's Generations Center will screen Cape Girardeau County residents 60 years and older. It will show total cholesterol, triglycerides and breakdown of HDL and LDL cholesterol. Also, free glucose screens will be offered. A 10-hour fast is required for accurate test results. For more information, call 651-5825. Screens will be offered at Delta First Baptist Church from 9 to 11 a.m., Thursday, March 27.
