Woman to Woman luncheon at noon at conference rooms A and B in St. Francis Education Center. Jerri Taylor will speak about her experiences with heart surgery.

Heart healthy weight loss program from noon to 1 p.m. in Generations Center at Southeast Missouri Hospital. The program will be about fads, ephedra and prescription diet medications. Lunch is $5 per person.

Carbohydrate counting class meets from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Diabetes Center at St. Francis Medical Center.

Diabetes Support Group meets from 2 to 4:30 p.m. in conference room D at the St. Francis Education Center.

Fibromyalgia Support Group meets from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in conference room A at the St. Francis Education Center.

Heartbeat 2002 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Westfield Shoppingtown West Park. St. Francis Medical Center will hold free blood pressure, cholesterol and glucose check. CPR classes will be offered from 10 a.m. to noon and from 1 to 3 p.m. Call 331-5107 to register for the classes.
