"Ask Your Doctor" airs at 8 p.m. on Channel 5. The call-in medical show will feature Dr. Anthony Zoffuto speaking about industrial and occupational health. The show is sponsored by the Cape Girardeau County Area Medical Society, St. Francis Medical Center and Southeast Missouri Hospital.

Fit 2 Be Due exercise class meets from 4:45-5:45 p.m. at Universal Health and Fitness Center. This class is intended for women in the second and third trimesters of pregnancy.

Infant Care Class from 5-6:30 p.m. in Conference Room E at St. Francis Medical Center. The class covers newborn care from feeding to games, safety and massage.

Our New Baby class for 2-, 3- and 4-year-olds and their parents meets at 6 p.m. at Generations Family Resource Center at Southeast Missouri Hospital. Participants will learn about holding, feeding and diapering the baby using dolls for hands-on activity. For information, call 651-5833.
