Arthritis self-help program offered

A free six-week program for people with arthritis will be offered Mondays beginning Oct. 23 through Nov. 27 at the Health and Wellness Center Conference Room at Saint Francis Medical Center. The programs aims to give arthritis suffers the knowledge they need to take control of their condition and reduce pain while improving self-management behaviors.
