On February 7, 2014, The Rushing Family Trust made a $2,650 donation to Hope Children&#180;s Home. Commemorating the lives of C.W. &#8220;Woody&#211; and Evelyn Rushing, the mission of The Rushing Family Trust is to make a positive difference in the lives of disadvantaged women and children, and others with extraordinary needs. Funding for this donation came as a result of the 15th Annual Captain Woody Rushing Golf Tournament that was held at Kimbeland Country Club in Jackson, Missouri.
