The Lutheran Home Hospice is seeking individuals to help support terminally ill patients and their families. A comprehensive training program in issues surrounding death and dying and the caregiving experience will be provided. Mount Auburn Christian Church will host vacation Bible school from July 19 through July 22 with the theme "Everest: Conquering Challenges with God's Mighty Power." Events begin with a carnival from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday with free food and games. From Monday through Wednesday, 5:30 to 8 p.m., activities include a free meal and games for those ages 3 through 12th grade.
