Joy of Christmas Concert planned

The Catholic Campus Ministry will present the Joy of Christmas concert at 7 p.m. Dec. 3 at Old St. Vincent's Church. Christmas cookies will be provided. Donations will be appreciated. The funds will support the students at the ministry. For more information, call 335-3899.

'Messiah' rehearsals at Trinity Lutheran

The Trinity Lutheran Church is welcoming new performers for its second annual Lutheran "Messiah" choir. No experience is necessary. Rehearsals will be at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of November and December at Trinity Lutheran Church in Cape Girardeau. The concerts will be Jan. 9 at Trinity and Jan. 16 at Church of Christ Gordonville. For more information, call 335-8224.

VFW plans its annual Chili Day for Dec. 2
