Monk's BBQ holding its 1st canned food drive

New and regular customers are invited to donate five cans of canned goods through Dec. 15 and receive a free pulled pork sandwich at Monk's BBQ. All food collected will be donated locally. Limit one sandwich per customer per party per visit. Limit five total per customer/party per event. Episcopal presiding bishop coming to Cape

Dr. Katharine Jefferts Schori, the 26th presiding bishop of the Episcopal Church, will preside over the 10:15 a.m. service Nov. 20 at Christ Episcopal Church, 38 N. Fountain St. in Cape Girardeau.
