Focus: Submit your fall photos

Southeast Missourians love to take pictures. And judging by the number of photos submitted to the Your Photos section of semissourian.com, they love for other people to see them.

As part of the Good Times redesign in September, the Southeast Missourian added a bold new feature: Focus, a weekly photo spread highlighting rarely seen photos from our staff photographers, a celebrity guest photographer and you, the community.

For three weeks we've asked for your photos of football games, be it fans, players or the band at high school or anywhere involved in the gridiron. Those photos were printed in our Good Times section.

From proud parents submitting pictures of their children to band photos -- lots of band photos, actually -- this community loves sports and the Southeast Missourian is proud to highlight your love of football and photography.

Football also signals the start of fall, the next subject of our community photo spread. Landscapes seem to be one of the most popular photographs to take, and autumn provides ample opportunities to click the shutter.
