Cape martial arts school proud of all types of students

Outerlimits Martial Arts School was started by Alan and Jani Williams. The school is part of the area's national organization, Lee H. Park, Moo Sul Kwan.

The name came from the idea that the students would be encouraged to push to their "outer-limits" and highest potential.

Master Alan Williams created his program with the principle that there are no limitations, only modifications. With this in mind, almost anyone can be a candidate for martial arts at his school, no matter what the perceived limitations. The school offers traditional Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido classes as well as adaptive Tae Kwon Do classes.

The adaptive classes serve those with various forms of mental and physical challenges like Autism, cerebral palsy or Down syndrome. The students are always amazing with their heart, dedication, spirit and tenacity. Whatever their disability, they keep the instructors humble and blessed, enjoying watching their interaction and growth. For more information on classes, call 579-5036.

Students participated in the Moo Sul Kwan Ways of Honor fall tournament in 2010 at the Arena Building in Cape Girardeau. Competitors came from several surrounding states, including Colorado and Florida.
