Concepts Styling Salon will donate 10 percent of today's sales to the Run Ride for Ragan/Ragan Ward Foundation, which supports local women fighting breast cancer. 'Bravest Wear Pink' Community Picnic

4:30 to 6 p.m., Shawnee Park Center in Cape Girardeau

SoutheastHEALTH will host a picnic in support of breast cancer awareness. Attendees will be able to meet with Cape Girardeau police and fire/rescue officer, and police and fire vehicles will be displayed. The picnic will include complimentary sandwiches, chips, cookies and beverages.

Ladies Night and Garage Party

7 to 9 p.m., Lawless Harley-Davidson, 2100 E. Outer Road, Scott City

Pink Me Up at J.C. Penney and Sephora

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., J.C. Penney Salon and Sephora will team up to give free mini-makeovers and nail buff and polishes for breast cancer patients and survivors.

Find a Cure 5K

The sixth annual event, formerly known as the Pretty in Pink 5K, will raise funds for the American Cancer Society. Tonight is a time to R.E.N.E.W. - Refresh, Energize, Nurture, Exhale, Work Out. Learn about risk factors for breast cancer, the importance of early detection and screenings and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Featured speakers are Dr. Sarah Colwick, breast surgeon and Pam Lewis, Womancare breast cancer navigator and nurse practitioner. The evening also includes a Zumba demonstration, wine, cheese, socializing and chair massages. Pink Moon Run & Walk

The fifth annual Pink Moon Run & Walk starts at 5 p.m. at the Cape County Courthouse in Jackson. The event, organized by A Sister's Hope, will raise money for breast cancer research and other local charities. Cape police and firefighters will wear pink T-shirts, and you can purchase one for yourself for $15 at the following locations: The Wishing Well Gift Shop at Southeast Hospital; HealthPoint Fitness in Cape Girardeau and Jackson; Southeast Pharmacy at the West Campus, 817 S. Mount Auburn Road; SoutheastHEALTH Foundation office at 60 Doctors' Park; Cape Girardeau Police Department, 40 S. Sprigg St.; and Cape Girardeau Fire Department #1, 1 S. Sprigg St. Proceeds from T-shirt sales will help provide mammograms for underserved women and help fund cancer patients' immediate needs while undergoing treatment.
