For a decade the Bollinger County Museum has operated without an admission fee. In response to the economy the Bollinger County Museum board feels it is necessary to charge a small admission fee due to the rising cost of exhibit construction and utilities. Starting Nov. 8 the admission fee will be $2 for adults and $1 for those 18 and under. "Friends of the Museum" members will be admitted at no cost. You must present your card to the docent to waive admission. Memberships are available at the door or by mail. For more information, call 573-238-1174 or contact any museum board member.
