Dr. Bonnie Stepenoff of Cape Girardeau was presented with Missouri Preservation's highest honor, the Rozier Award, for outstanding contributions to historic preservation. Presenting the award at a special ceremony in the State Capitol Rotunda was House Speaker Steven Tilley. Missouri Preservation is the state's only not-for-profit preservation organization. It brings together individuals, organizations and preservations into a network designed to promote historic preservation activities throughout Missouri.
