Award at River Tales Classic Car Show

Trophies were awarded in 32 classes along with the Rodders' Choice and Old Town Cape's Choice at the River Tales Classic Car Show on Sept. 15. The Old Town Cape Choice was the 1967 Chevrolet Chevelle of Brandon Walk of Ste. Genevieve, Mo., and was chosen by guest judge, Faune Riggin, program and news director at Mississippi River Radio. The River City Rodders Car Club hosts the event each year in conjunction with Old Town Cape and the Cape Girardeau Convention and Visitors Bureau. The 36th annual car show was in historic downtown Cape Girardeau, and more than 200 cars and trucks participated this year.
