What is your most notable academic achievement? Being named Student of the Month for my school and Dexter Elks.
What is your favorite school activity and why? Volleyball, because though it was a serious program we always had so much fun ... and we had the most amazing coach that I will miss dearly as well as the game.
What is your favorite high school memory? Rolling chairs down the handicap ramps in the hall, and then racing with each other.
Describe your favorite cafeteria food: Chili and grilled cheese sandwiches.
What's your school mascot? The Cubs.
If you could have a personal mascot, what would it be? The Butterflies.
Complete this sentence: Without me, my teachers are likely to ... not laugh as much from the ridiculous things I do and say.
Who is your favorite teacher and how did she inspire you to learn? Coach Hoffman because she allowed you to always think outside the box, and the class was based off creative assignments that required you to think differently.
Where do you plan to go to college and what will you study? Southeast Missouri State University studying pre-physical therapy.
What is the biggest challenge facing your generation? That we don't think our opinions matter and that we won't take a stand for something.
How do you hope to address it? By showing others that by working hard, stating what you feel, and fighting for it you can make a difference.
