This was a tough question to answer. "Late night bar food" reminds me of college days and fast food drive-thru. Whataburger. Jack in the Box. Taco Bell. I don't recall college bars having food. Late night? At my age, a "late night" probably still ends before the evening news. Before I share my go to place for late night bar food, I feel I must at least mention the "Bel Air potatoes" at The Library downtown. They are definitely worth staying out past my bedtime on occasion. Great music, good drinks, a fun atmosphere and sharing an order of ribbon-cut fried potatoes with some good friends? Count me in. However, my go-to place would probably have to be Buffalo Wild Wings. The reason is simple -- I love wings.

At Grayson's Bar and Grill in Altenberg, the full menu can be ordered until 10 p.m. and after that, you can still get their wings and appetizers. I would suggest ordering before 10 p.m., however, because then you can get your hands on the "Infamous Mudd Burger." Sandwiched between two grilled cheese sandwiches and dressed with lettuce, tomato, onion rings, jalapeo poppers, and mozzarella cheese sticks, this burger is about as greasy, delicious and ridiculously over-the-top as you could ever want for your late night noshing. The side of onion rings was not extra, and you could smell the beer batter on them. This place is legit.
