Snow-covered hills can be seen through the large bank of windows in the living room at 351 Touchdown Drive in Touchdown Estates. The hills are perfect for children who want to spend a winter day sledding or for parents who want to enjoy the view with a cup of hot chocolate.

This is a home that is perfect for all seasons. Situated on more than two acres, this home has plenty of room -- inside and out.

An open house will be held today, hosted by Coldwell Banker Hamilton Realty.

Inside this house is classic beauty. A hardwood floor greets visitors in the foyer, along with a chandelier and a 23-foot ceiling. Light spreads through the house through Palladium-style windows and leaded-glass sidelights in the foyer. An oak-and-white staircase draws the eyes upward.

All around are pleasant rooms filled with light. Light decor optimizes the light and space, and each room contains interesting features.

To the right of the foyer is a room with a pillared entrance. Though actually designed to be a formal dining room, the room is being used as an office and library, and serves that purpose with style.

The living room features a 23-foot peaked ceiling, also with a large Palladium window at the top of a bank of 12 tall windows. The view through the windows is of rolling hills, beautiful year-round but especially tranquil on a snowy day.

The home's open floor plan echoes that feeling of warmth and tranquility. The kitchen is large and bright with hardwood floors and French doors that lead to a deck overlooking the back yard. Oak cabinets and all-white modern appliances give the kitchen a modern yet traditional look. Two windows at the kitchen's corner are situated above a unique corner kitchen sink.
