UPS honored driver Richard Wright for 35 years of service to the company. Wright, of Scott City, is a feeder driver for UPS St. Louis. He began his career with UPS in 1972 as a clerk for the company.
Debbie Jennings of Re/Max Realty Experts of Cape Girardeau won a trip to the National Conference of Realtors as part of an in-house contest. To win, agents needed to accomplish assignments, participate in community events, attend educational programs and excel in their sales volume. Jennings has been with Re/Max Realty Experts since 2004.
Investment adviser Mike Bagby, owner of Bagby Investment Consultants, was recognized as a member of the Linsco/Private Ledger Patriot Club during the company's 2007 National Conference in Boston. Achieving the honor means Bagby is in the top 9 percent of the company's 10,000 investment professionals.
Wiethop Truck Sales, 2350 Independence St., recently announced several employee recognition awards. The company has been in business as a dealer in International trucks in Cape Girardeau for 53 years. The employees recognized include Bill Gosche for 35 years as president and general manager, Dan Becker for 30 years in the trailer parts department, Tim Huey for 30 years as a trailer technician and Jim Sutton for 20 years as a trailer technician.
