Custom Design Homes Inc., 1409-A Mount Auburn Road, has been appointed builder/dealer for Wausau Homes of Wausau, Wis.

Wausau Homes produces factory-built and custom-built single-family modular housing units with a wide variety of floor plans, options and exterior designs.

Charles Haubold of Custom Design Homes Inc., said a furnished model home will soon be available for public inspection here.

Hauble has more than 18 years experience in the retail lumber and building business and 10 years in the wholesale millwork business.

Custom Design Homes will be marketed through the company's affiliation with ERA Cape Realty and will be available throughout a wide area, including Cape Girardeau, Scott and Perry counties.
