All the area high school events reported Tuesday to the Southeast Missourian.

Allison Ernst recorded the shutout as the Indians the St. Vincent girls soccer team picked up its 10th win of the season Tuesday.

Ernst recorded three saves while the Indians (10-1) used three second-half goals to defeat host Festus 3-0.

Abby Lappe netted two goals, while Liz Brueckner added one.

Holly Cissell, Storm French and Val Smith each recorded an assist in the win.

Jackson 4, Farmington 0

Erin Eakens scored two goals as the Indians boosted their record to 8-3.

Christian Johnson and Kasey Crowden scored one goal apiece.

Hannah Roach and Alex Sotak added the assists for Jackson.

Brooke Sanders stood in goal for the first half, while Morgan Riddick protected the nets for the second.

Sikeston 2, Central 0

The Tigers lost on the road to fall to 1-9 this season.

Cali Knepp recorded 15 saves in goal in the first half, while Apple Thomas took over in the second half and recorded 10 saves.

Saxony Lutheran 2, Fredericktown 1

Brooke Valleroy and Sarah Winningham both scored and earned an assist as the Crusaders improved to 6-5 with the home win.

Jon Winkler went 2 for 3 with two RBIs, while Ryan Sprandel connected for a double for Saxony Lutheran.

Amy McFarland picked up the win with three strikeouts.

Advance defeated Bernie 6-4 in the second semifinal.

Kaitlyn Mitchell recorded the win on the mound.
