CINCINNATI -- The St. Louis Cardinals' game against the Cincinnati Reds was postponed Wednesday night because of rain.
The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Tuesday, Aug. 27.
The Cardinals and Reds will complete their abbreviated series today at 11:35 a.m.
The Cardinals will pitch Darryl Kile (3-3) against the Reds' Chris Reitsma (3-2). The Reds have led the NL Central since April 26, but the Cardinals' recent surge has trimmed the lead to one game.
