Williams sinks hole-in-one

Linda Williams of Jackson carded her third career hole-in-one Monday at Kimbeland Country Club.

Williams used a 3-wood to ace No. 6, a par 3 playing 134 yards. Witnesses were Gerald Williams, Larry Angle and Lil Angle.

Hitt fires his fifth hole-in-one

Lloyd Hitt of Advance fired his fifth career hole-in-one Monday at Kimbeland Country Club.

Hitt used an 8-iron to ace No. 18, a 156-yard par 3. Witnesses were Jeff Schott, Eldon Boswell and Jack Evans.
