AREA BRIEFS: SOYBEAN FESTIVAL 5K, 10K RUN
The Soybean Festival in Portageville will hold 5K and 10K runs Sept. 30. The runs are scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. Registration is $12 in advance and $15 on race day.
