AREA BRIEFS: MCDOWELL CAPAHAS GOLF TOURNEY
The first annual McDowell Capahas golf tournament, to benefit the Capahas baseball team, will be held June 19 at Bent Creek Golf Course in Jackson. Entry fee is $65 per person for the four-person scramble. Lunch will be served at noon, followed by a shotgun start at 1 p.m. The deadline to enter is June 12. There will be numerous prizes...
