AREA BRIEFS: JACKSON AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL TRYOUTS

The Jackson American Legion baseball program will hold tryouts for its junior and senior teams April 8-9 at the American Legion Field in Jackson.

Junior tryouts will run from noon-3 p.m. April 8 and 1-3 p.m. April 9.

Senior tryouts will run from 3-6 p.m. April 8 and 3-5 p.m. April 9.

In case of rain, tryouts will be April 15-16 at the same times.
