Dear Editor: On behalf of the Southeast Missouri Council, Boy Scouts of America, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the worthwhile effort the Southeast Missourian made in our Council Scouting for Food Good Turn this year. After all the food cans were collected throughout the 14 count area we served on Nov. 17, the total amount of food cans collected by scouts exceeded 76,580!...

On behalf of the Southeast Missouri Council, Boy Scouts of America, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the worthwhile effort the Southeast Missourian made in our Council Scouting for Food Good Turn this year.
After all the food cans were collected throughout the 14 count area we served on Nov. 17, the total amount of food cans collected by scouts exceeded 76,580!

What a great effort to help those less fortunate than ourselves. We are so grateful for the important role you and your organization helped play in our Scouting for Food campaign. In particular for outstanding promotion and community awareness support.
