The continuing progress of the Cape Girardeau area

A lot of things happened in 2013, and we appear poised for significant upgrades to our local cities for 2014. Major upgrades, particularly in the mid-town area of Cape Girardeau, are in the works. The mid-town excitement follows a major surge in downtown development over the past two years.
