I was wondering if the city of Cape had any kind of regulations on burning, what can be burned, and was it OK to burn stuff unattended that creates big clouds of black smoke. Just wondering if there were any regulations as to what a person can do to remedy that situation...

Sweet lady
Wanted to send out a thank you to the sweet lady who gave me her umbrella the other day when it was raining. I was reading water meters on David, Melrose and Longview. It warmed my heart and kept me dry. It reaffirmed my faith in the human spirit. God bless.
