Gov. resignation

Many thanks to Mark Bliss for eliciting comments from area state legislators on the sordid Governor Greitens sags. I was pleased that two called for his resignation, saddened that one didn't and not surprised that another did not respond to the Southeast Missourian's request for comment.

Cape's motto

Change the slogan of cape to Potholes, Ugly Art and New Sidewalks.

Don't resign

Gov. Eric Greitens should not resign or be impeached at this point in time because a crime has not been proven. A grand jury indictment does not really mean that much, because grand juries most often serve as "rubber stamps" for the prosecution. Wait until the actual trial and actual proof of a real crime takes place, no need for lynch mobs.
